I have had the pleasure of working with Andrea over the last few years in partnership with Columbia Sportswear. Andrea’s attention to fit and grading can be seen across Columbia’s entire plus offering, ensuring that not only are things thoughtfully designed, but designed to fit different plus size bodies in a way most brands overlook. In an industry where the plus customer is so often an afterthought, Andrea’s passion and skill stands out. Any brand would benefit from working with Andrea, and especially brands looking to level up their plus size collections. 

I had the pleasure of having Andrea on my Team at Columbia Sportswear as the Divisional Merchandise Manager for Inclusive Sizes. As an evolution for the work she’d been doing as a passion project, this was a newly created position that was a perfect match for Andrea who really drove the vision and strategy behind the role. 

Andrea quickly mobilized connections across multiple teams and functions to influence, build momentum and unite a shared passion around “Making Plus Equal”.
